I have very fond memories of my childhood in my hometown of Winnipeg, Canada. I’m one of six children who all worked for the family business, I was deeply influenced by my parents and learned the value of an honest day’s work and the importance of caring. My parents ethics, high standards and old-fashioned values were instilled in us at a very early age and have kept me focused as a human being and as a business professional. My desire to care for others led me to the field of medicine in search of a career in which I could combine my passion for caring with my strategic mindset. I graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a degree in Science and Nursing. It was there that I developed and refined my hands-on client care expertise assessing, preparing, and guiding thousands of clients through the operating room. I skillfully and articulately identified their needs by way of consultation and then guided them through one of the most complex experiences of their life. I always loved advocating for my patients.
As my medical career was taking off, I met my husband-to-be, Wes Ives. Years later we were blessed with twins, Cody and Cailey. In search of more element weather and greater opportunity, my family and I decided to relocate to Temecula, California. After years of considerable planning and careful consideration, I discovered I could adapt the skills I spent 21 years developing and refining in the medical field into the field of real estate as a real estate consultant. I provide a genuine level of caring for my clients that is uncommon in the industry.
I love living in Temecula and care deeply for my community. I believe that the warmth, hope and happiness of a community is a reflection of the quality of caring we give to our families, friends and neighbors. That is why my family founded the Annual Community Food Drive. Twice a year we organize, coordinate and promote the pick-up and delivery of food to the local food bank. Year after year we deliver multiple truck loads of non-perishable food destined for those who are less fortunate. I also find time to volunteer for my children's school. When caring is everything...anything is possible.
Imagine the comfort you will feel having a real estate consultant who invests the time necessary to discover what is important to you which means you will make decisions based on the goals you want to achieve and the problems you want to solve. As a skilled consultant, I ask insightful questions to lead you through the process of discovering what is really important. I will then craft a very specific and strategic process to realize your goals. Now...Imagine having a real estate consultant for life, doesn’t that feel good?
